this nicely presented hotel offers a relaxing experience. incredible location so close to the town centre, where there is lots of options choose from to eat or grab coffee, it's central. besides, we liked the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the venue. they have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is good.

Lots of food at breakfast like fruit and granola. Magnificent and handy location, it was next to restaurants and bars, restaurants & shops and central London and Warner Bros Harry Potter World.

Can just recommend for a momentary visit
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location was perfect for exploring the area near the Harry Potter Studios with easy transport links to central London.
All was perfect.

It's clean, comfortable, the personnel were ok, the prize is affordable and the rail station is 5 minutes long. It takes 25 minutes to arrive in Eauston.
No breakfast included in the prize.

The reception and restaurant was excellent the staff were attentive but not intrusive
My only observation was that the aprons of the waiters and waitresses appeared stained and it does not give a good impression, this is a minor thing but could be off putting to customers.

We booked the room for 3 adults and was only given drinks facilities and towels for 2 people but this was rectified. We had an accident with tea on the duvet and asked at reception if house keeping would change the bed but when we got back to our room they had just put a folded clean duvet cover on our bed so we had to make our own bed with a wet duvet!

The staff graciously provided us with desserts for our special occasion, and the buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially with the Kilner jar yoghurts.
